I get the business model, pricing, convenience, etc and I’m fine with it. Operations/training need to get a handle on this. Went in, went to the kiosk and self ordered (rewards system is a mess, personally that didn’t bother me), the staffer didn’t realize my ticket printed until about 10 mins after the fact (fine), ordered a cheese steak sub mushrooms. After he made it he said he would refund me bc of the wait and bc there was no cheese to put on the cheese ‘steak’ sandwich (appreciate it, maybe let me know before you made it but I get it..also fine), got home and it was all meat (I ordered a vegetarian sandwich). It’s just expensive and not convenient, for all of that. I don’t want to get anyone in trouble, but it’s just not worth going back in hopes things will change.

I used to go here all the time but they stopped even carrying the food I ordered and today I tried to order something new and the app and website will not work. Plus it wouldn't load the rewards on the website and the app literally won't open at all. Go somewhere else. Save yourself the effort.

This place sucks! $10 for a small normal sandwich? Bread and a small amount of cheese and meat? This place is a rip off!

Super surprised at the quality of food and price. Wish there was one by me!

It’s so nice to have an alternative to the exploitative convenient store chains that never innovate their product lines or general shopping experience. The staff can come off as detached at times, but I think this is more of a reflection of growing pains than poor management. My biggest complaint is that the Colfax location can often be out of stock of items, but overall love the choice that Choice Market offers.

Says it's open on their website and goodle, just walked a few blocks to the "convenience store" and the doors were locked. This is the 3rd time now this has happened... Not very convenient to over pay for items....

Always love the vegan options from here. Would love to have the vegan Sando back, was a great sandwich!
