We were craving something sweet and hot one evening so went here for the first time, they had these really cute little kettles and the kashmiri chai tasted 10/10! I do however have a suggestion for the owners, I understand that it's a family run business and it was about 8 pm so you were probably resting by the but the older lady who was on her phone was playing videos way too loud maybe on full volume and the guy was almost lying on the sofa next to us, we felt a bit uncomfortable and left hurriedly. The girl who served us however, was very kind and smiling, so it was a good experience on the whole!
Do not recommend this shop at all, the waffles were hard and the cookie dough was raw. The fresh ice cream tasted like it had gone off, when we complained they bought another one which tasted the same. When we complained about cookie dough being underdone, they bought it out looking exactly the same. Apparently we were the only ones who had complained about the ice cream. The lady that served us was rude and disrespectful. Alcohol was also displayed in windows at the height that children would be able to reach. Overall really bad experience and would not go back.
The new owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They have a wide menu to choose from, the ice cream we had was great!
New management is unprofessional, slow and generally don't seem to care about their customers. I would not recommend with current new ownership.
Amazing desserts and service
Fantastic waffles, great variety of drinks.except for coffee, just Nescafe, a real shame as would have gone down much better with a Cappuccino. Parking: Limited free on-street parking.
Amazing desert place first time going there will deffiently be back
Went with the family. Ordered the cookie dough (double choc), waffles and choc strawberries for the kids. Beautiful presentation. The kids really enjoyed it. Not sure why comments are complaining about portion size v price of the cookie dough, seems very reasonable to me.
