Chirping Chicken

The food was alright. They took 20 minutes to prepare my sandwich. I'm reasonably certain that for 15 of those minutes they basically lost my order until I asked them again. It wasn't even that busy, which is what made it that much more irritating.

Took way too long other people were getting their food before us when they ordered after us. The worker was extremely rude and the food was not worth the wait. DO NOT GO HERE.

Grilled chicken sandwich deluxe is delicious. They do it on a Pita. Prices are reasonable for Manhattan.

Food is great !! Awful service , smiles should be free . Hope your staff can improve a good customer service.

Let’s start off with the fact there is no “order here sign” so you will be standing around behind those who have ordered and not be a knowledged. Also Be prepared to wait 30 mins for a wrap, and chicken nuggets during lunch time from a chicken shop. Several people who ordered after us got their food first. The same wrap I had ordered went out before mine. Absolutely terrible service. One star.

Just a quick bite before boarding the train. Food here is good and the sandwich is sufficiently filling. Wait was a little long because of the line.

It took them half an hour to make a buffalo chicken wrap! This place is in the Grand Central station where speed is everything. If you need to get somewhere or catch a train, this is not the right place!
