Chiroy's Cafe

So usually I take a picture to post along with my review but we got so excited about the food, we dug right in and didn't look back. My son had the pancake breakfast, I had the French toast and my husband had the Chiroy combination (on my suggestion because of another post). I'm so glad he got it!!! Ridiculous! The beans on that plate were too die for. Or should I just say everything on that plate was to die for. I loved my French toast. It was so good and my son loved his pancake breakfast but we both couldn't stop picking food off of daddy's plate! As we were leaving another table was leaving and he said it was his third trip there this week! He had just found it too! He takes a new person each time. We might have to start doing that. I'm glad we live so close! We'll be back!! (Next time I'll take pictures) Update: STILL GREAT! 2024!!! I still love the French toast. So yummy. And the coffee. Ugh!!! So good with cinnamon already in it. Just a great place to eat.

One of the better breakfast spots I've been to in National City. Plus the coffee is fantastic!

Not a typical Mexican restaurant menu. I had the machaca with rice and beans. It was good, but lacked flavor. I had to add salt and a lot of salsa. The salsas were good though. Nice service too.

Really good food. I would really recommend it. The coffee delicious their shrimp Alfredo wow my favorite. Also surf and turf omelette. I can keep going. My kids love it
