The blonde at the register on 2/28 was very rude. Went in and seen free guacamole for a special for leap day. Added it to both our dishes then at the register the girl said it's on the app so we pulled out the phone to find the coupon. She got very frustrated and rudley told my husband just to let you know our rush is about to come in. Couldn't get the app to work you could tell she was getting frustrated went to get a manager and the manager and she comped it off 1, told my husband it was one per customer. Well we were 2 customers. Not to mention the guacamole was old you could tell because it was right when they opened and the guacamole was at the bottom of the bowl and browning. The whole fiasco took about 15 min by that time our food was cold. This makes me not to ever go back to chipotle ever again, if we do it definitely won't be at this location.

Really impressed with the people here. I was being helped and witnessed a highly aggravated customer (for a seemingly minute issue) behave extremely poorly with the staff. The employees handled it with integrity and composure. Very disappointed in that man, and very pleased to see the staff handle it like champs. Great quality food, will surely be back.

I have no idea what I witnessed but it cost me money and I got an incomplete order. First, the staff were all on their phones and clearly mad at one another. I walked into a massive passing the buck session. My order was ready on my phone but not in reality. Then, I ordered double protein only to receive maybe 2oz. I understand food cost and PNL but this was just absurd. Missed items included chips but I guess I'll take that one. Whatever catastrophic event that brought them all to their phones was clearly more important than my order. Comically bad.

The employees just dont care. They plop salsa at one end, protein at the other, and rolled it without looking. I stared at them and they totally ignore customers. It was the smallest burrito. Its sad, dont go there. Management is horrible.

Staff is super nice. I eat here about once a week because I work in the area. I didn’t get the team members name but she was awesome. They helped me get the app figured out so I could get a specific reward

Pretty disappointing when you show up and they are out of 50% of the items you want with over an hour still left till close (no lettuce, chips, veggie mix, 2 meat options). This has happened multiple times unfortunately. Close your store earlier if you can’t serve/feed the people that show up late.
