constantly out of things, like chips, queso and dressing
Just like other recent reviews, I am trapped in line right now that is crawling. Staff look clueless and often no one is moving. The line at dinner time is past the door into the dining room. Only come here if you like to wait in a long slow line that never moves and wait for normal menu items. Timestamp 7:16 PM on a Wednesday
This is the worst Chipotle I’ve been to. I went close to when they opened for an early lunch. I ordered a veggie bowl and they said they could do guac but didn’t have any fajita veggies… I switched to steak, and then was told they didn’t have any mild salsa so I got corn… How can a chipotle open for the day and not have salsa? I wish I wasn’t in a hurry so I could’ve turned around and gone somewhere else
No salsa and no fajitas available . Arrived right when they opened. I’m assuming staff/management is just mailing it in?
During my multiple visits to this location, I have noticed that the entire place is in complete disarray during busy hours. The line wait is too long. The trash cans are overflowing, food is left on the counter without being cleaned off, and there is food on the floor that hasn't been picked up. Moreover, the pans and dishes from the food line are left unattended and not being taken back to the dish tank. 
No guacamole or salad dressing, staff's attitude was tough luck. They seem to care more for speed than accuracy when assembling an order.
This location in particular is always fast and fresh and good size servings.
Don’t put a carryout order at any of the Columbus Chipotles. They will leave you standing in line well after orders were due and people coming in and just walking through line get to stare at you.
