We can't pay online. If says to order and pay for pickup but the order doesn't go through. Fix your website.

The staff is rude and it looks like a prison lunch line. Not 1 person smiles or looks customer friendly. I asked about the cost and the woman at the register started yelling at me. This is not my first time seeing this behavior. It will be my last time I go and spend my money at this poorly run restaurant.

Out of five orders within one month, this team has not gotten ONE correctly, we have been swindled out of about $100. Do not order through the app, or through delivery services, they really could not care less it seems. Today I followed up through the app and an agent offered to add things to the rewards section to accommodate for the problem, and oh surprise, no rewards either. Scam falls short to describe this.

They’re terrible they didn’t even get my order right! I had to wait there for 30 minutes and they didn’t even get my order right still!!!

Pésimo servicio las que atienden están con mala cara se molestan porque no les dises rápido lo que quieren y te dejan para atender el de atrás pésimo ellos tienen que atender conforme llegan y solo la comida me entregaron bebidas nada

Never again…already got to where the burritos are $20 but then what appears to have been possibly in your landscape in peoples food that you’re serving…not that your food was really that good to start with but this crew is driving it into the ground a bit worse than other locations.

Terrible terrible service!! We live super close and usually order from the drive through, we do notice the portions being very very small especially on protein but we look past it. This last order was different, the protein portion was little to none and I waited 15 minutes in the drive through while workers ignored me and while I waited patiently then started knocking on the window, waving someone over and even honking until someone "finally noticed" and said they did not see me even though someone past through the window at least 5 times. The service is absolutely terrible and I would not recommend this location to anyone.
