Chipotle Mexican Grill

I have nothing bad to say about Chipotle! I love their food ! Never have a problem with them. Just love the chicken bowl and how you can make it your way!!

The food practices at this location are terrible. Went into Chipotle to pick up dinner. Ordered 3 bowls to go. The employees apron went into 2 of the 3 bowls while preparing the food. I pointed it out to him. Another guy on the line was standing next to him when I mentioned that the strings from his apron were in the bowls. Neither employee said a word. They didn’t offer to remake the bowls. They just stood there like deer in headlights. I just laughed and walked out. I’ve eaten at this location many times and have noticed sub par food handling practices. This was the last and final straw. Will never eat here again. I recommend anyone who cares about food safety pass on this location.

La comida es buena pero es un pésimo. Servicio por lo menos conmigo el día de hoy el señorón que estaba despachando casi me corrio por que se equivocaron echaron salsa picante en un plato de otra persona la muchacha no puso atención apenas me estaba despachando y se equivocó y me echo la culpa no pone atención en lo que está haciendo

They overcharged again. this is the second time. Be aware and check the receipy. sneakly they charged one or two items..

The “limited time” carne asada was dry and overcooked.The server said was fresh made so I don’t know what the problem is.

Went for lunch and ordered a quesadilla and a drink, was not given a drink. Went back to the counter to ask for it and was told it wasn’t included with my meal, and I’d have to pay extra. I don’t mind paying for what I ordered but they didn’t even bother to tell me and just assumed I wouldn’t want to buy a drink. They were also rude when I went back and asked for my drink. Awful service. Food was good tho
