Chipotle Mexican Grill

I order food from uber eats but its never arrived delivery guy said u give my food other person.

Ordered through delivery for 2 chicken bowls. The food ingredients were fine but the amount of meat was pretty small even for Chipotle standards. Portion size of meat should be adequate especially when considering the portions of the other ingredients. Felt like eating a salad with some meat mixed, doesn’t seem like much of an issue at other locations.

Male employee with glasses was extremely rude to me. Violently threw my food at me. Other employees just laughed. Friday March 8 7:30

My issue is that South Asian (Indian) woman operating the cashier cashed me out and didn’t say thank your, ask if I wanted the receipt, or hand me my bag like EVERYONE else who works at this location does. While I processed my credit card payment, she ran away to a food bowl and she grabbed food with her fingers and stuffed it into her mouth to eat. I was disgusted and wondered if she does this often and handles my food/food bags? This isn’t sanitary sticking fingers into food and into mouth and serving customers. Think about it, usually the cashier is designated to operate the cash and touches money, cards, and food containers, but in the past there have handled the cash register and the food counter to serve food so they touch everything.

I went there on February 25th (yesterday) at 1:55 pm and a rude guy took my order and I gestured to him that I want pinto and he rudely told me to keep your hand behind the glass. while my hand was behind the glass and I spilled too much rice and steak, if you are unhappy with your job, you can change your place with someone you dislike instead of being rude.

A mexican friend of mine recommended that I should try Chipotle. After trying the chicken burrito, I just fell in love with this place. The guac makes the burrito/bowl hit the spot every time. I've been to multiple locations, and this one in particular stands out to me as the best so far. Their chef is great, their service is great, and you'll almost always find a spot to dine in.

We have frequently ordered from your restaurant and always ordered the same stuff - burrito bowl with extra chicken. From the last few times your serving size has been getting smaller by the day. Tonight the burrito bowl was only half full and it will not be an exaggeration to say that there was no extra chicken. Very sad that you do this to your customers!
