we went in at around 9:30 pm and online it says they close at 11 and we wanted white rice with our bowls, the container was full but then they said they couldn’t serve it anymore and covered it up :(
Worst service by the rude and disrespectful manager. I forgot her name but I sent a letter to corporate office with no response after 2 weeks. I will only return to Chipotle for a free buritto on my birthday. Other than that, they really do not care about their customers.
Food is always good at Chipotle. The service depends on how busy they are, but mostly okay. Y complaint is the unreasonable price increases here in the last year or so. As a result, I just don't eat here as much as I used to. There are cheaper options in the area that are very good.
The service from the cashier was vary rude. We were going to dine in until the and ended up take out Parking: To many other businesses in that area it's a hot and miss for parking
As usual - when you order through the apps they under fill the bowl and don’t give you your extra selection . This has happened quite frequently with this location so here’s their bad review . You can’t keep doing that because it’s an online order I paid more for my delivered items than the in store customers do . Stop cheating people out of their food when they order online
I wanna start off by saying I choose this Chipolte over many others as of recently due to their great food quality within the past year. But as of lately their service has been rapidly declining. The older lady behind the glass is beyond rude. Today I asked for extra rice which is of no charge at Chipolte. She looked at me and said no and continued to pack my bowl up and hand it to the register. It’s hard to understand why she would be so rude to someone who constantly comes here and is always nice. There needs to be a change or else I discontinue coming here.
