Bad whole team service ever! They need training how to do the service job! We paid the money not for the rude!

So far the worst experience in chipotle, unpleasant customer services, food quality was so bad, they should have a friendly staff for so many tourists in the sawgrass, clearly they hate their job and the let everyone in the line know abt it. Was the requirement for this position? Having the worst customer service or what?

I had a terrible experience eating here with my family. When I arrived, they were all chatting by the kitchen, so I had to wait for them to finish. When I asked the person taking my order if he spoke Spanish, he rolled his eyes and said no. He was white and wore earrings, and there was an African American woman whose pants were sagging and she had attitude just because I forgot to add the soda,giving the restaurant a poor appearance and a lack of professionalism. I hope you guys can consider this and take appropriate action.

For Third Time in Row there were No Peppers for my Steak Bowl. Once I understand but 3 times Unexceptable ! I asked if they could make some and I’ll wait girl serving my food said NO ! Keep in mind it was 1pm Not 9pm before they Close….

Laszy, dirty and no smile staff. They uses gloves but the same gloves is on either they take money or serve food. Dirty around the food and bad service. Young staff where no one takes pride of their work

Pésimo, pero pesimooo servicio! Vengo saliendo justo en este momento del sitio, no hablaban español, nadie allí habla español? Por Dios … estamos en Miami, en un mall que es casi el 80% de los turistas son latinos. Voy con mi reclamo: primero que nada - que no tenían para pasar tarjeta, solo efectivo, -después sirviendo la comida a los golpes - porciones extremadamente pequeñas para lo que uno paga, he ido a otros chipotles y te sirven más, acá les anexo una foto, mi plato era casi un desastre y no tenía nada, solo mucha crema y nada de pollo ni frijoles… - luego la chica o chico no se lo que era perdón por eso, con los pantalones abajo y los calzoncillos afuera, atendiendo y luego escribiendo por teléfono y sin atender mi orden, luego soltó el teléfono y comenzó a servir! Asquerosidad, deberían de mejor la atención al cliente y el trato hacia los comensales

7:23 PM on a Tuesday and they’re out of brown rice, grilled veggies and only a few pieces of chicken left. Not cooking anymore. Disappointing!!
