Chipotle Mexican Grill

Food and service were great as always. I was a bit disappointed with seeing the seating area and drink station very untidy.

I am fed up with the extremely poor customer service here I went in to chipotle there was barely any customers and the guy who is supposed to be cooking the meat is on his phone with his gloves on, then puts his phone back in his pocket and proceeds to touch the meat with the same gloves they seem to not care at all and shrugged their shoulders when I politely said no thanks I’m leaving. I am so tired of the careless extremely poor customer service in this area people need to wake up and take pride in their work and people.

Had we known how dirty it was inside, we would not have gone. All areas of this restaurant was dirty. Service was poor but probably all High School Students.

Restaurant was dirty. Floors, walls, booths all need a thorough cleaning. They were out of black beans and fajita veggies- what's the point of ordering when you don't have menu staples readily available at lunchtime? Definitely not going back even with over 8k reward points that equal free food.

Not meaning to be a D-head. But this location is such a huge let down more than half the time I come here. Always out of something cheese, corn, the list goes on. Tonight they had cheese on the other counter aka online order. And they say I couldn't get cheese cause it's for online order only... I been to many chipotle locations from NY to FL. Stuart seems to be a BIG LEat DOWN. The guy behind me didn't ask for extra chicken and yet got better proportion then my bowl. Tables are always dirty as well. I could go on, but I'll stop here. Geeze

Everything went wrong. First I go to order and they told me they were out of white rice and chicken. Not to mention the last three times I came here. It was the exact same thing I was told. It can be believed that the food is not good. Next time I go to chipotle I will make sure to go to the Jensen location as everything goes right there.

Online pickup and they gave me a side of queso that was OPEN so it spilt all over me and in my car once it seeped through the bag. Not to mention they also messed up the meat. They gave me chicken and steak? I ordered chicken Al pastor. Seems the staff struggles when there is too many orders.

DISGUSTING!! every single time i come i have problems. either they are missing something or a employee is just plain out rude. my last experience, they had no rice!! the base to their meals. its terrible. this used to be a great spot to eat at and now its going down to shambles. never any dressing but they sell salad.. SHUT IT DOWN!

Filthy store; out of guacamole, chips, corn, lettuce and iced tea. Plenty of help behind the counter and it was still a complete mess. This used to be a favorite but no more.
