Chipotle Mexican Grill

Came at 10, an hour before closing for dinner. There was a large soccer team of around 20 people in line, who allowed me to go ahead of them to avoid waiting. Noticed there was no queso, and asked the worker if there was more in the back that he could grab for me. He began to go grab more when a different worker, who I assume is the manager, stated, “if you give it to her they’ll all ask for it”, referencing the soccer team. The worker then turned around and told me they were “out of queso”. Also paid extra for chips which were extremely stale!

I had a blast food was great

this staff is EXTREMELY rude and makes you feel UNWELCOMED

The food was sooo good. But the service scared me I asked for chipotle sauce and the Manager said that the Sauce there was only for display. Everything was pretty much empty so i just got the basic stuff. They also charged me for the people infront of me and I still haven’t gotten my refund.

TERRIBLE customer service!

I had lunch here today with my six year old and sister. I asked for a kids quesadilla, I ordered a veggie bowl and my sister a bowl with Al pastor chicken. The kids quesadilla was supposed to come with sides so I asked about it. The lady was unbelievably rude and told me if I wanted the meal I had to ask for it and go to the back of the line (I was about to pay). Anything I said I was returned a rude nasty comment. My sister was charged for double chicken when she didn’t ask for it or get extra: I have eaten at some pretty bad places but this experience takes the cake. They are so miserable and disgusting. The employees have no business in the service industry.
