Chipotle Mexican Grill

100% of the time I’ve been, they’ve been out of multiple ingredients. Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to Editing to update this to state the trend of being out of multiple ingredients continues.

Great food super fresh and great service

Excellent location, like the selection of choices, fast service, clean, at times it can be busy, but it moves fast.

The service was great considering it was a one-man show at the counter. He prepared all the food, packaging, and check out for every person. Granted the line ran slow, but it was impressive considering holiday season and they were likely short staffed.

Waited for 40 minutes today in a long line of about 10 people while the employees almost solely focused on online orders. I understand being understaffed but these people were working with absolutely no urgency, nobody seemed stressed at all. I will say at least they had all the menu items in stock but that's only because the guy making the food was only giving half scoops of everything. I got screwed on the double meat that I paid handsomely for. There was barely any rice, I should have spoken up but I didn't want to risk complaining after waiting so long. I drove back to Fernley with my food after waiting almost an hour and the bowl is barely half full. The guy working the counter didn't even apologize for the wait. I love chipotle and treat myself a couple times a year, I guess next time I'll have to be a crazy person about my serving size. I paid $20 and couldn't even get two full scoops of my favorite corn salsa dear god

Server deliberately tap the spoon until there was 5 bite size pieces of meat left. My husband is skinny enough my dude! How is $14 justified

The lobby had trash cans overflowing and myself and every customer after me that was eating there had to clean their own table also the customer service was poor
