Chipotle Mexican Grill

It's been a while since I've been to Chipotle. They have raised prices significantly, without an improvement in quality. Can't say it's worth it anymore

went in for a quick bite before class, got there the older lady said “what” i told her i wanted a burrito and after choosing about 4 things she said “no that’s it” and looked at me so rudely. young boy at the front checking me out said “got a burrito” and processed the payment. Didn’t put my food in a bag or nothing. Couldn’t even hand me the food. All looked like they hated being there in general not to mention as i walked in they were yelling at each other. Situation felt awkward in general. Wouldn’t come back.

Five people working but only one person setting all the orders… one person trying to do everyone else’s job… instead of just excepting the help of others…store was clean but there were very long wait times… as good as the food smelled I couldn’t wait for turn… just too many orders and no organization of how to run a kitchen… Just looks like one person running around with their head cut off screaming and yelling at everyone… just wasn’t what I was expecting…

Terrible. Ordered a quesadilla with chips online. They handed me my quesadilla and told me they ran out of chips. Thank god I checked the bag when i got to my car and didn’t drive home because all that was in the bag was a single tortilla with no meat no cheese. Nothing but a tortilla. Their excuse was “they ran out of meat and cheese” but failed to tell me all that was in the bag was a single tortilla. Never Again.

They might be open until 10 but they’re typically out of chips and guac by 8 and if you want whatever the specialty meat of the moment is you better get it at lunch before they’re out. Employees are typically nice… just don’t really always have food to give you. *updated: Tried again three months later. This is a lunch only location for me until whatever idiot buying the food notices they’re out of it. Employees are the only reason it got any stars at all. They’re awesome. *updated again - I’m not going here anymore. Keep trying just to be let down. And the most recent round of hires suck. I live 5 minutes away and it’s still not even worth the effort Idk who owns this particular franchise but please sell it to someone who doesn’t absolutely suck at this Update: got foolish and tried again. This place is owned by a complete disgrace who needs to give up and sell it to someone who is absolutely awful at running it. Seriously, you are actively squandering what could be a great thing if left to someone smarter.

Disappointing to say the least

The most I’ve ever been served at any chipotle !! yum!!

This location is by far the absolute worst location in the greater Boston area. It’s unfortunately the easiest one to get to given my location and to say almost every experience here has been a poop one is an understatement. Very rarely has my order ever been right. That’s not to mention the numerous times there’s been ingredients missing, only being informed mid order. Speaking of which, it’s also frustrating to learn halfway through the order that it’s cash only and I have no choice but to abandon the order. The staff doesn’t seem to care either. One time I had someone who was cleaning the counters and was throwing the trash and dirt directly towards me as I was at the register. I understand how many may view someone having one bad experience and answering with a negative review as petty, but this is a reoccurring issue that hasn’t gotten better.
