Autumn has to be one of the most unpleasant people I’ve ever encountered. This is my third time dealing with her and she’s always had a rude attitude but I’m pretty laid back and let it go because oh well. This time I’ve had enough.. I was greeted with “what do you want”. She always has the same blank stare, but this time she had her brows burrowed and a snarl on her face. I ordered a bowl with double brown rice and double pinto beans but she only added one scoop of each. When I said something she mumbled under her breath “so annoying” and then slopped more into the bowl so hard it almost knocked the whole thing over. I got carnitas and she BARELY pinched the tiniest amount into it, and I was dreading saying anything because of her reaction about the rice and beans. I told her and she scoffed and rolled her eyes and repeated the same action of slopping my food. I am OUTRAGED. Not only the fact of her disrespecting me by calling me annoying to my face, but to be disgusting with my food is a whole other level. This girl needs someone to teach her how to deal with people because she has absolutely lost her mind. She doesn’t deserve this job if I’m saying so myself. I was in complete shock. Do better Chipotle! I’m fed up. The other customers behind me, she greeted the same way. With “What?” I Had to get her name from the cashier because she ignored me when I asked her. Awful!!
First time ever going to Chipotle. I live in Smyrna and I don't really like going by the reviews but wished I had this time. My bowl hardly had anything in it. They give a half a spoon of everything. I guess I could have asked for extra but it was already over 17.00 so didn't no what extra would be. I tried Chipotle cause my o workers use to get it at the one by Metro Center on Rosa l Parks and then owls would be so full the lid barely fit and gave them enough for two meals. Next time i guess I better listen to the reviews.now the crew was really nice
Chipotle isn't a bad option for a lunch on the go, but let's face it, it's not a white tablecloth kind of place. The other day, I needed a reliable bite and swung by my local Chipotle. The staff, as always, were friendly and helpful. No complaints there. Now, the food. I went for my usual: a half chicken, half steak bowl with black beans, fajita veggies, and some salsa. This way, I get the best of both worlds – the juicy, seasoned chicken and the smoky, tender steak. Both proteins were on point this time around. The veggies were fresh and crisp, just the way I like them. Here's the thing though – the rice can be a gamble. Sometimes it's fluffy and perfect, other times, like this visit, it was a bit on the hard side. Not a deal-breaker, but definitely noticeable. Overall, Chipotle hits the spot for a customizable lunch. It's not fancy, but it's reliable and generally tasty. Just be prepared for the rice to be a bit of a wild card. For a quick, familiar bite with some protein variety, I give it a 4 out of 5 stars. Though, I gotta say, the creeping price hikes lately are starting to sting a bit.
