my aunt got food poisoning from a barbacoa burrito here. been six hours since lunch and she's on pain meds and still suffering from stomach pain and wanting to vomit. My sister's fine, but Chipotle definitely seems to be slipping as far as quality control is concerned. **edit submitted feedback via pepper app. got a single call from corporate and then nothing. token show of concern. Chipotle seems like a shadow of their former self now.
Ordered a bowl with guac, gave me a bowl without guac. Workers can’t read simple instructions. Terrible!
Lunchtime on a Wednesday…Chicken Burrito Bowl with chicken, brown rice, black beans, roasted corn, tomato salsa, sour cream, lettuce and cheese. Medium Salsa. I like the build your own concept. It could have had more chicken. And, it would have been better if certain items were hot, like the rice and chicken. I felt like I was eating a cold chicken salad instead of a burrito bowl.
Order was 6 minutes later than what they told me it would be when I ordered and staff seemed a bit frazzled. The food was excellent though exactly what I expected and everything was in my order correctly.
They show sliced avocado online menu. They never have it available. Parking: Walking distance less than 20 steps to the entrance door. Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp for wheelchair it's accessible.
We enjoyed the Asada/steak Bowl.
I love chipotle but this location is severely understaffed. One incredible employee is doing all of the work. He’s prepping all the food and running the register- doing the work for three people. But please management - staff this location.
