Chipotle Mexican Grill

The rice tasted like water. Half a spoon of sofritas and when I asked for more he says no, it costs extra. I know extra protein costs, but look at it it’s like 2 tablespoons. Never had a problem with the amount at any other location. Skimpy with the toppings too.

Makes bad bowls if you order online and never has salad dressing

This Chipotle consistently falls short of expectations. Each visit leaves me disappointed – my food arrives cold, the staff seems unenthusiastic, and the overall service is lackluster. Considering Chipotle's pricing, the quality is consistently off. Despite it being my local choice, I won't be returning; I'd rather drive an extra 15 minutes for a more enjoyable dining experience. It's disheartening, as Chipotle generally has a strong reputation.

They don’t put enough items in the burrito and the guy folding it wasted have of the ingredients in the foil. I’m highly upset with the outcome of my burrito. They have lost themselves a customer.

If you love a lot of rice and don’t want a lot of chicken /meat, then this is the spot for you.
