Tasty trusty consitent Chipotle taste Bowl

Been going this location since last 5 years. Today’s service was the worst. First they denied me my regular order. They also forgot to put a side of guac when I paid extra for it. I am not the one who usually gets offended by the service but this was probably the worst service I had at chipotle.

I don’t usually go out of my way to post a negative review. But I have been to a number of Chipotle’s and this is the first time I’ve ever gotten the food cold. Obviously guacamole, cheese, and things are meant to be cold but I’m referring to the rice/beans/sofritas being served cold. It was as if I had pulled the whole bowl out of the refrigerator and started eating. After looking on yelp it looks like this is a reoccurring problem at this location. I messaged Chipotle support, no response. I would advise anyone wanting Chipotle to try a different location.

Great service… Atmosphere is very good. Liked more with compared to other chipotle locations. Parking: Lots of parking space

The music was very loud. There is a concert-level, high watt speaker above every table (that is by the wall) and the music volume was so loud that I could not talk to anyone on the phone. I had to shout so that the other person could hear me. I asked them to lower the volume but even after that, the music volume was still too high.

Wonderful service! The employees were very patient with my indecisive niblings and went above and beyond to help us with our requests!
