The server spilled half of the guac on the counter and refused to add more to replace it

Went there to get a salad, I was not happy to see that there was a hair on the lid of the bowl. The rice and the veggies had no flavor. Sorry to say I'm not coming back to this chipotle.

The cc system was down. I was told by the manager to get cash. I come back with case five minutes later and she decides only the people in front of me can order, but not me. Even though I followed her instructions to a tee. I explained the situation and I found her to be unhelpful to say the least. This occurred today at 12:40pm.

Don’t like to complain too often but there was a plastic bag of desiccant in the food.. weekday evening shift seemed like they weren’t on top of it in general.

Look at the size of the same order! The server/cashier thought he is an experienced employee but the attitude is sooo bad. They even ran out of sour cream and told me it is what it is.

Easily the worst Chipotle I've been to. Never order online or you will get shorted on how much they put in your bowl/burrito. Used to be better but declined hard recent years.

Loved everything about this place.

Asked for a quesadilla. They said it’s only for kids or if you order online. Surprised they would turn someone away instead of making money. Always had rude service and subpar food from this location. First time I walked out of a chipotle. Very sad this location sucks so much.
