The staff were super helpful and watched out for me and my family. I love the carnitas too! What more could you ask for?

This place used to be our go to Chipotle and now things just went down the hole from some point last year, food was so bad the most recent order i had a mouthful of pure salt in the chicken and everything else was tasteless. The employees there give you the smallest portion any chipotle has ever offered with a big smile like everything is ok. Is this some type of prank?

Whoever makes the online orders to go bowls IS THE BEST. They always fill it up to the brim, even when I get a basic bowl. The best portion size Chipotle in San Diego in my experience

I wouldn’t waste time ordering pickup. They take 30 minutes to realize there is an order and another 10 to fulfill it. Just walk in and order it, you could order 4-5 times before the to-go order is finished. Crazy slow service, and this is on a Tuesday

No me gusto.

Worst chipotle location. 1. Cold meat. Their food warmer wasn’t working or something, the food was cold on the first bite while dining there, literally eating cold food 60 seconds after it was scooped out. 2. Low quality meat, tons of fat and chewy pieces, was not good. 3. Mild salsa had way too much salt in it. What happened to measuring ingredients?They need to taste the food they’re prepping to make sure it is edible.

Was open late and had enough food to serve us. The manager was very kind and hospitable. Best chipotle I have been to in San Diego.
