Chipotle Mexican Grill

I went here and when I got there, there was trash over flowing and table were disgusting. I went over to order my bowl and gave me a little scoop of rice and chicken. My chicken was crunchy and burnt. Rice tasted uncooked and old. Put way too much sour cream and no cheese. when it was time to pay. She over charged me 7$. I went over there to ask her if I can get my 7$ back because she over change me and one of the workers started to argue with me that I was wrong. I hate this chipotle. It is so worth the drive to go to the methuen chipotle.

Walked in at 9:10. There was 1 person ahead of me in line. 5 employees behind the counter all standing around doing nothing. I waited about 5 minutes and then walked across the parking lot to Chick Fil A. -10/10 service.

The Methuen chipotle is 10 times better than this one. I didn’t ask for corn in my bowl and I found five pieces!!!!! this chipotle sucks! Don’t bring your kids here if they don’t like corn in their sour cream!!! The atmosphere is disgusting. The trash is always overflowing. Don’t bring your kids here because they never clean the tables!! It’s disgusting!! Sometimes the workers overcharge you, so, always check the receipt. Don’t go here. Go to the one in Methuen. It’s worth the drive. Parking: Hard to find a parking spot. had to walk in the rain.

Mariah was rude and disrespectful and should not be working with the public. I arrived to find my orden was not ready with no apology and no great rush to get it ready. then the 2 workers laughed out loud as I was leaving. Apparently poor service is funny? The restaurant was filthy dirty and the good looked old and dried out. The floor was littered with trash that had been there for quite some time. What is happening Chipotle??? Very disappointing!! Never again!

I have no idea what goes on at this Chipotle but there always seems to be a problem. The management here must be absolutely abysmal. Half the time they're closed or are closing early for several weeks at a time. It seems like they're always running out of ingredients and give you way less rice, beans, meat, etc than any other Chipotle I've been to. Sad that the Salem Chipotle has so many issues because I still have to go to the one in Methuen despite this location being much closer to me. UPDATE 1/18/24: The service at this location has vastly improved. Just don't come in close to closing time, or they might run out of some things! Also, the Google Maps location is still incorrect; submitted a suggestion to change it.

Walk in 90min before close and all the chairs are up on tables in dining area. Approach counter as a worker comes up to greet me. I say hi, how's your night? Doesn't acknowledge me and proceeds to make himself a burrito bowl while I stand and wait. Another worker approaches me and takes my order. She's pleasant enough. No veggies available and my rice was ice cold. Not impressed
