Chipotle Mexican Grill

I would not recommend ordering online from this store. We ordered two burrito bowls that showed up earlier than they were supposed to as they had a scheduled delivery time. By the time we could eat the food was cold. My wife got barely any sofritas in her bowl. It was mostly salsa and rice and she was still hungry after she ate and was very disappointed. Also, we paid for chips and did not receive them. Go to the store instead using online so you can watch the employees put your order together.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. One of the saddest orders I've had from a chipotle in my life. Messed up 2 of our bowls & the rest had the tiniest sprinkle of ingredients. After eating I've compiled the list of complaints: -Undercooked rice -Tiny portions -Order with missing meat -Soda tastes watered down (no ice)

Idiots.

I made a mistake by ordering online instead of ordering when I got there. I paid $5 for extra protein and gave them 20% tip but still got a pretty small portion. The food was tasty but so little food unless you are there to watch them make your order.

Arrived at 630pm. Cashier and food server both on cell phones. Waited for the server to finish his text before he could help me. Every single table was dirty, should be cleaning not texting. Out of cheese, who runs out of cheese? Also Coke was out, told the girl and still not fixed as I left and checked on the way out. Chicken was cool not warm or hot. Also the floors were slippery, not from water but from grease. Place should be mopped. Worst $13 I've ever spent. Every aspect was poor.

This place obviously has some issues When customers place a order you expect to get what you ordered and paid for, not what they give you! It's not hard to makes burritos or burritos in a bowl....smh

Dirty, please change gloves protein portions lacking.
