Chipotle Mexican Grill

Place is filthy. They were out of chicken and steak. They weren't even cooking more steak. Was amazed by staff looking angry, just standing around when they were out of food and from the prep counter, check out counter to the tables, the place was just a mess.

Out of bowls, despite the current promo, so I had to get a burrito. Failed to drain the liquids from the black beans and salsa, so I ended up with a gooey sticky burrito shell by the time I ate it. Good thing i was eating it at home so I could dump it into a bowl. Even worse, the minuscule amount of meat made the person putting the remaining toppings on it think I had ordered a veggie burrito, which is what it tasted like since there was only one bite of meat! I was going to add pictures but who really wants to see something this gross and disgusting! Complete waste of my time and money for two burritos!!

Avoid this chipotle at all costs. I used to regularly visit this chipotle as it’s in the neighborhood and normally pretty good food. I went through a period a year ago where every single order I placed was incorrect. I ordered from them for the first time today in months and months and don’t you know it? My order was incorrect. I’m sure the employees are super busy so this is obviously an ownership/management issue. The store is always disgusting with trash and food all over the tables and counters. It’s honestly shocking they haven’t been shut down given the state of disarray this business is in 100% of the time. If you’re going to order from this location, do so knowing you will likely get the wrong thing in a dirty environment.

This is literally the worst chipotle. Food is usually flavorless, portion sizes super small. It's like they don't use any seasoning, no cilantro, lime, onion, or even salt. Is this the "healthy" chipotle or something? Workers are nice, but I've been disappointed by the food at this location for years.

Wonderful burritos, but a bit lackluster on the service. No one seems to know anything outside their station, ap a simple question needed 3 crew members to answer.

LOL! I haven't been to Chipotle in 3 years because of this locating, i went there 3 time after covid hit, and got the runs all 3 times! how is this place still in business?

This is a great place all around. Good food , good service and gets items right on. The management is also good customer service. I had a issue on something I ordered and Ben took care of it and I left a happy customer. Thanks Ben you one of a kind.

Just consistently the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. It's right across the river from us, so we find ourselves going here in a pinch, often, usually regretting it. It's been like this for years, but seems to have gotten worse over the last 6 months. They never have peppers, they often don't have guacamole, sometimes they don't even have lettuce. I'm not talking about rolling in the right before close, I'm talking midday or 5:00 p.m. on a Saturday. Service is extremely slow. No one has any answers as to why inventory is always so low, all they can do is blame the day shift. I'm not sure if it's a staffing thing- employees seem disengaged in general- or if this location is just poorly managed. Whatever the case, it isn't working.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Don't bother ordering from this Chipotle, they consistently get orders incorrect. I paid for Carne Asada and guacamole then didn't receive them with no indication I would be getting a refund for the items I didn't receive. And the "contact us" doesn't seem to work.
