Chipotle Mexican Grill

Food ok, typical for Chipotle All 3 napkin dispensers empty, No soda. All flavors were empty 3 Garbage cans overflowing

Like the last reviewer, I was ordered a burrito (through a work lunch), and I got a cold burrito. The tortilla was cold, cheese wasn’t melted - it was just clumped to one side. Rice was cold. The beans and chicken were just luke warm. And the flavors were way off. Peppers and onions had a weird off putting seasoning to them. The rice was incredibly salty; basically inedible. Chicken had some grizzly pieces. I’d say the only thing I liked were the pinto beans, corn salsa and some of the chicken. I notice this spot gets a 3.1 rating and the one in midtown gets a 4.1. So maybe it’s a location thing with quality control. Either way, this is why I never order Chipotle. Its always a disappointment.

Bought at bowl at 11:40 AM. Everything was cold. Meat was cold, beans were cold. Like cold cold. Pathetic.

Ordered thru the mobile app for the first time. They got my order wrong. Missing some toppings I requested for in my burrito bowl and the chips look dark and overcooked. It is also unsalted . Unfortunate experience . I usually order in person and there was never a mess up. I recommend ordering in person.

This is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. They were out of lettuce, ice, Coke Zero syrup, and most of their meats with only one person working in the back and not even cooking anything. They stopped selling beer which is fine but the kid said- we don’t do that anymore, it’s outdated. The service was incredibly slow and the employees just sat around and chatted for the first 20 minutes we were in line. Do not recommend. Spend a little more money and go to Sauced next door.

This rude employee was heavily judging me for just ordering rice and corn from your guys chipotle. I have severe food allergies and I don’t appreciate being judged. She was wearing a black hat and her hair was red and purple braided, she told her co worker in a rude tone of voice “it’s just rice and corn” and gave me a dirty look

Fast food at its best. When you are in for Mexican, come here. Big tortilla wraps with your choice of vegan, vega or meat filing. Made in front of you. Friendly staff. Opposite of the basket ball arena.

Went to this chipotle last night (1/15/24) around 6:45 pm. The place was absolutely disgusting. The trash was overflowing and it was overall just very unsanitary. Every single table was dirty. They also claimed to be out of white rice, but this happens constantly. They aren’t actually out, they just don’t feel like making it. It is highly obvious because it happens so often at night. The employees let the place be like this, and they have the worst customer service as well. It has gotten so bad and someone really needs to be calling attention to this. They also close early often, even though they aren’t supposed too. Overall, not a good chipotle at all.
