Chipotle Mexican Grill

Im highly upset. I paid $25 to doordash a bowl with extra chicken & extra rice, light lettuce & queso. i received my bowl with barely any rice, barely any chicken & ALL lettuce. They didnt even give me a fork. The chicken was almost all fat. I cant even get a refund. This is the worst chipotle location Ive ever ordered from. i wish i could give 0 stars.

Was about to get my burrito made, then a female employee basically shoved the guy out of the way and started making me and my girlfriends food instead. She puts an abysmal amount of rice into the bowl and on the tortilla. When my girlfriend asked for steak, instead of saying “we are out” she was scraping scraps of steak out of the nearly empty container. My girlfriend got 8 pieces. I am not exaggerating . At this point i said never mind im good, and my girlfriend got her bowl finished just sloppily. The girl was making the food with her mouth hanging open, drool dripping off her bottom lip onto the food. We asked if she knew if more steak was coming any time soon, she gave an unintelligible mumble for a response. Just completely gross, rude and careless. On top of that, the whole restaurant is just dirty and the bathroom stinks like pee

La manager es muy desesperada yo fui con mi bebe a ordenar ahorita y la señora bien enojada dice que más ella estaba enfrente atendiendo habla español ella no me dejaba ni hablar para hacer mi orden exijo al dueño que revisen la cámara ala 1pm ordene hoy no es justo que sean haci mal servicio al cliente y habla español para que es manager ella no se si de enfrente o la cocina

Amazing service. My app was having issues and Rogelio, the apprentice of the store came and assisted me. Highly recommend this location!
