Dem always outa something you would think you at a Jamaican restaurant!
The food was decent, although the taco shells were a bit rubbery. That's a simple thing to make crunchy by baking them in an oven. The employees were not at all friendly. I tried to be friendly (I always am), and neither the woman fixing my meal nor the cashier even cracked a smile. When I thanked the person assembling my food, she said nothing at all. When I thanked the cashier, I got the same conplete lack of response. I LIKE Chipotle. I have celiac disease and it's one of the few restaurants that I can eat virtually everything on the menu. Aside from the burrito wraps, everything is naturally gluten-free. There are better locations, though. I'd rather drive farther away and go to the Jefferson Road location because the shells are nice and crisp, and the employees are much friendlier. It's also cleaner. Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options. There's a vegetarian protein (sopfritas). In addition, there are a variety of different rices and beans. All of the toppings are vegetarian or vegan. Dietary restrictions: Excellent for people with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity. Everything is gluten-free aside from the burrito wraps. It's excellent for people who need to avoid eating gluten. Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs and the entrance is level with the sidewalk.
Spends 19 dollars for a double meat barbacoa salad, and they are stingy with literally every ingredient, even the "free" ones. I open it up and there's so little food in there I can finish the entire bowl in 3 mins. Probably never coming back when I used to eat here all the time.
They ran out of guacamole by two thirty in the afternoon.. There was no replacement, no discount. Our bill for 3 people came to fifty dollars .The trash cans were over full..All the tables were dirty. But I promised my grandson and his friend we would stop at Chipotle after a tournament they were in never again
I wanted to call and tell them my Door Dash order was delicious, but they weren’t taking calls. I just wanted them to know I really liked it.
If you see an older lady with glasses serving the rice/chicken, I suggest you walk away. She might need thicker glasses as she didn't even fill the bottom of my bowl with rice and usually gives a half scoop of chicken.
