Five Stars only for Nate and Sasha, both servers, Nathan an assiatant manaager and the food. These three employees are the best. They give you great customer service and make your plate, tacos, and bowls perfect.
It's 10:40 in the morning it's just me and my partner, and the Manager decides that I'm the one to Yell at and take his anger out on Today! Literally the worst experience I have ever had at restaurant. I never knew a Karen can be an employee, let alone the Manager. Yelling at me, telling I'm too "f"ing slow. Mind you I am a sensitive person, So my natural instinct is to feel emotional to what's going on. While he's doing this other staff are staring at us in shock. I don't know what his problem was. I hope he's okay. Will never go there again
Shout out specifically to Erwin. Hoping I spelled his name right. I came into Chipotle to get lunch for my son, cause we had nothing at home. I had been given a gift card so I thought that I would use it, however the gift card was failing to work. Erwin went out of his way to pay for our lunch for my son and I. He was kind, compassionate, brought tears to my eyes for his generous heart and kind smile. I didn’t know what I was going to do to get food for my son, without Erwin I don’t know how I would have gotten food for my boy. Thank you so much sir. God bless you.
Cashier made me feel like I was a bother.
Okay I was one of these people that gave a good five-star back in the day. But I ate there the other night and was shocked at the rotten spinach leaves at the bottom of the bowl of my food. When I brought it back, the manager acted like it was no big deal, and offered to make a new order. I wasnt taking chances at that store again!! Some people dont mind the rotted vegtables, but I do!
