Chipotle Mexican Grill

Chipotle should revoke this franchisees ownership because this place is damaging the brand. The owner of this place obviate couldn't care less with over 200 unhappy Google reviews and they still can't get it right. I was extremely disappointed with the high prices and skimpy portions. I've been to dozens of different Chipotles and have never been disappointed.

I got Half portion of food ! We will never go to this chipotle again! The one at Litte Neck is much better!

Y’all need to lose your jobs. I did a mobile order for 2 bowls and ordered white rice, once i drove away and opened the bowls, THERE WAS NO RICEEE!!!!! It was just flooded with beans, it looked like bean soup. I had to drive all the way back and ask for the rice. Once these workers saw me come back in, they looked at me and whispered between themselves. This was not an honest mistake. They did this on purpose like some little mean girls. In specific, it was a glasses wearing girl with long hair and this other hispanic girl with a bun. I let them know both bowls were missing the white rice and without thinking about it, they let me know that there is no white rice. Why didn’t they let me know there was no rice when i first went in. You made a bowl with no rice thinking it was gonna slide? On top of that there was this other girl worker in the front talking on the phone saying “What we doing tonight? Are we getting lit?” Girl go make the rice. I’m paying for a 17$ bowl, you are not working for free and I’m not getting free food either. Go work at mcdonald’s if y’all wanna be giving this attitude. Just letting y’all know you’re better off going off to a corner deli.

You can order and pay for double but always receive either regular or less than regular. The bowl sizes are always disappointing compared to other chipotle stores. This store might need a change in management.

This was my first time I ordered in the store at this location, usually I ordered online. When I was trying to pay my dish with my credit card, I tried twice didn’t approve. I was not sure it my card faced the wrong way or not because this payment machine I never used before and totally looks different from other shops. The Spanish cashier lady just standing over there didn’t say anything or trying to help me and she just gave me a nasty look and rolled her eyes. Finally I tapped my card it went through. After I stepped out this store, my daughter asked me why this lady got attitude. I was speechless. Your store need training your workers before they work. If you don’t like your job, don’t do it!

The guy at the counter was very nice and helpful, however the girl at register with straight black hair has NO IDEA what she is doing. I asked the man for 1 order of chips and guac and an extra side of gauc, he follows my instructions and TELLLS HER WHAT I ORDERED. How much more clarification does a person need?? Then she ends up only charging me for the chips and gauc and then DOESNT EVEN PUT THE CHIPS IN THE BAG. It’s so hard to try to give food workers the benefit of the doubt but I should have known that I would need to double check the bag to make sure everything is in there. Honestly so annoyed because it’s the persons job at register to ensure that all the items the person ordered are payed for and in the bag. The other person did everything he could to ensure a smooth handoff while she did nothing. Horrible experience. How do you forget the chips, when all I ordered was CHIPS and GUAC. Also she had time to decorate the Chipotle bag before hand but not check if my food was in there. Would not recommend going on Saturday in the evening, Ive gotten so many other times from their other crew members on different days and they NEVERRRRRR experienced this.
