Good at Chipotle location. One of the better ones I've been to.

Got order to go no napkins or forks in the bag. 7/17/21 Went to pay and discovered I had left my wallet at Big Lots in either the cart or at the register. A woman that I had conversed with before I went into the restaurant offered to pay for my meal. (See there's great kind people out there.) But the Manager knows me well and comped my meal! So nice! Raced back to Big Lots...Wallet was locked up at the front register. What a scary ordeal! #bekind #payitforward MARCH 28th 2024 Haven't been in this location since my last post . Won't be be back either. Place was filfy! Went to pay at the register and there's drops of lettuce all over the counter. The salsa station was a disaster. Went to get a fork at the "pop dispenser" disgusting Pics below.

Pick up order was completely wrong. Didn't include the extra items I paid for and the ingredients in the bowl were wrong. Not happy at all.

Went in at 4pm on 03/10/24. The place was sooo dirrty and filthy. Tables with food. The prep area dirrty. The make line dirrty. It was a group of us of 5 and as soon as the employee saw us he had a pissed of face and mumbled something. Gross and filthy. We left Disgusted. I always say that if you dont have patience for working in food industry, quit. I worked in this industry for 10 years and once i burnt out i put my two week notice but never treated customer bad. We had jobs because of customers and they job put food on my table too. I left when i finally decided it was time to quit.

1.Useless service . U need to wait forever for person to take your order . Same person takes order and billing. Waited more than 20 min with just one person ahead of me . 2. They say they are out of “fajitas” . Its 6:30 pm dinner time and you run out it the key ingredient for burritos ?is this how you run chipotle I asked if they would compensate for the delay and missing ingredients that we are paying for but no response Chipotle is one of my fav place and this place in poway near Amc has ruined it

this place went downhill FAST. you hire kids, or people who were jerks to everyone else in school.. this is what u get. lol your employee, tina sneezed in my sisters food the place is dirty :/ (look at all those reviews!) (are they doing anything about this?!?) (drive 10-15 min farther to a different one in caramel mountain.. trust me).

All tables nasty dirty. No chips. No re-circulating fountain drinks (clear plastic tanks looked disgusting inside). Didn't give me the extra protein I paid extra for!! No one helping at the front with mobile orders. Napkins out. Soda area total dump with trash everywhere. Restaurant total disaster. Corporate needs to come in and start over.
