Chipotle Mexican Grill

Hate coming to this store always a long wait their always running out of items. I have to come here for my job unfortunately. Half the time it smells of literal rotten food. Kept me waiting this long to write this long of a review

Absolutely worst at getting your order on their app right. 2 days in a row i order thru app and they dont follow order items. Dont order double meat portion you wont get it and then they forget different add ons you ask for

I came in to pick up the free burrito I earned when I went to pay everyone had been so nice. When I went to scan the app for some reason it pocket dialed the Quesadilla. I love quesadillas but I don't want all that cheese going into my arteries. The Manager lady didn't say sorry that happened to you sir let's see how we can make it right. She said you have to pay. I asked if she could scan out the quesadilla and give me the burrito she said they could not as the points total is 50 different. I said fine I'll take the wuesadilla then she said. You have to order it online. I ordered it and it showed in my system chicken al pastor regular she claimed it said children's no meat. The salsa was frozen. What a clinic in how to become the worst chipotle in the world.

Runs out of everything,not a single clean table,management taking snapchats,bottom of the barrel rice…

Jane and Max rocked! I think they could wipe up there area though. My sour cream had corn in it. Do better! But I like you guys

One of the worst chipotles I have ever been too. I decided to go with a friend for our break before going back to work and as I am waiting someone forgot my bowl in the midst of it and completely left it there. Multiple customers went on and paid with their meals that were behind me. I finally mentioned something and someone looked at me like I didnt know what I was talking about service was so rude. And I never got my bowl I started to create. Never again!!!!!!

slow service, missing items on bowls when i order online, the employees are rude and slow. they never have steak made.

Terrible experience last night. This place is awful.

I love Chipotle! But, I went in the Port Richey location today at 1:45 pm. No white rice, no brown rice, no chicken, and no steak available. Nothing was on the grill cooking either. 6 people in back area not caring. Lax young kid at service line totally lost with no customer service skill. Myself and 2 other customers walked out. Where is the manager?? Get it together. I know hiring is tough these days, but someone needs to be in charge to make sure things like this don't happen!
