Chipotle Mexican Grill

this is easily the worst chipotle i've ever been in. i've eaten at mall chipotles better than this one. i don't expect great service from a fast casual obviously, but the state that this chipotle was in shows no one cares about this store from top to bottom. i arrived at around lunch time, and EVERY table was filthy. i literally mean EVERY, not figuratively or exaggerating. trash cans were comically overflowing, if i added my plate i'm sure an avalanche of trash would hit the floor. they were out of guac, fajitas, and one of the meats. soda machines had 2/8 labeled as "OUT". the person in front of me wanted a small chips, but they told her they couldn't give it to her as they only had large chip bags. the regular thing would be to, i dunno, portion some out for her in a large bag and charge her a small and go about the day? nope, pretty much told her pay a large bag or kick rocks. i made the unfortunate error of deciding to eat inside, didn't even get a tray because i'm assuming they were all dirty. steer clear from this chipotle.

Went to Chipotle last night for dinner at 9:10 with my husband and was told that the only food they had left was some old brown rice and a little bean. A few people before me left because they were told the same thing. My husband a got whatever they had left (the worst decision) rice was hard food was no good. After us about 10 people walked in the restaurant and all of a sudden there was fresh food brought out from the back. We didn't want to cause a seen so we just left feeling cheated of $15. Never again!

Service is horrible and always missing food. my bowl looked disgusting

The lady rolled her eyes at me after I was polite to her. They were out of multiple ingredients and I was just treated terribly. Won’t come back to this location ever again

Cold food, filthy dinning room 7pm,very poor service no napkins. Never again

The worst Chipotle ever. The cashier didn't have a name tag if not I would be posting here. I asked for extra beans and she didn't give it to me. She preferred to throw it away after the other guy had put the extra beans in the container. All the employees looked mad, not happy and not friendly.
