Although the dining area was relatively clean, the employee food prep area behind the counter was not. At 7 pm in the evening there was food and debris all over the floor, still there from lunch service, apparently. Sweeping the floor of food occasionally will create a better experience for the customer. I almost bolted when I looked behind the counter.
Liked it good food and friendly staff!
Food was good and service too.
Contacted the company through the website because I felt ill after eating there and there have previously been issues with contamination at other stores but I didn't even receive a response that they'd look into it. I don't want anything and will continue to eat at my local Chipotle but I will not eat at that location again. I can't remember 100% but I thought it tasted slightly odd so I probably should have returned it but it was late and I just wanted to eat and get home.
So, I got my delivery order... Delivery driver did great. The guacamole had a soggy chip in it, as if someone had already been eating from it and broke off a chip. It was beyond disgusting. And the Fajita veggies are supposed to be thinly sliced bell peppers and onions... Not a half dozen inch wide strips of completely raw bell peppers with only a single sliver of uncooked onion in the bowl. Finally, attempting to call the restaurant, the automated system is beyond frustrating and refused to ring through to a manager. Worst customer service of all time being c0ck blocked by ai.
This is a fairly new spot in Richardson off Renner Rd and across from Methodist Medical Center. It seems a bit smaller than other locations with its rows of long tables which you will have to share with others. I did not see isolated 4-seater tables. To drive there you make a tight turn into Wyngate Blvd and parking is cramped during lunch hour but this and the new Whataburger are much needed and welcomed eateries in this area.
3-star food. It’s not good for you obviously, but still tastes okay occasionally
