Kids that work here are unpleasant and rude. Service is terrible. The inconsistency is frustrating and lack of care for keeping the front line clean and stocked is alarming . I wouldn't recommend this place. Go somewhere else. Save yourself time and frustration

Found a long black hair in my burrito bowl as well as pieces of chicken fat the restaurant was dirty and the make line was a mess …try wearing hair nets

Terrible service. This is not the first time we get an incomplete order or very small portions. My bowl was not even half way full. I tried to contact costumer service, and the chat feature and phone automated system are terrible. The only response was: we‘ll share your feedback with the restaurant’s management team”. It’s unacceptable that this location keeps serving incomplete portions and charging full price and not even offering to issue a reimbursement.
