Chipotle Mexican Grill

The point of a mobile order is fast pickup. At this location they take at least 10 minutes per vehicle. They don't even answer the window to ask the person's name for at least 2-3 minutes. Complete waste of time, horrible management to let this happen. Messed up my order each time also. Edit: 3 years later, chipotlane is still a nightmare. 8 minutes after my pickup time at the window and told it's not ready and to circle around again.

Again I did not get double meat on my delivery order I got a $8 burrito for $22

I eat here just about every day and I have become more and more disappointed as time goes on. They literally put zero salt and lime on their chips. The chips and guac is my favorite thing on the menu, but they can’t even make it right. Secondly, if you go there anytime after 8 PM, don’t expect to have everything you want even though they close at 11pm, they will not make any more chips, guac, or veggies. Possibly other items but those are the issues I run into. I cannot tell you how many times they missed out on a large order from us because they were out of items. Poor management in my opinion. I also have to order double meat every time because they put a couple of crumbles of chicken in my bowl. I’m gonna have to start driving the extra distance to the one at the mall or find somewhere else altogether to eat.

Usually the night crew is nice. But today specifically (2/22/24), the crew was horrendous. We came in to order, the first girl there took my order, I asked for a bowl and white rice, but they were out of steak, she said it would take about 10 mins to cook. I was fine waiting. I noticed when I said I would wait, she throw the rice that was in the bowl BACK into the line. As we waited more ppl came in, and they also ordered steak, which they got because the girl didn't let us know the steak was ready(IN 3 -5 MINS). So everyone AFTER US got their steak orders while we were told to wait. I noticed this, and decided to get back in line to order again. When it was finally my turn, a different girl took my order. As I was about to order, she took an old bowl that was already used that had residual rice in it. I had to ask for a new bowl, because why would you serve a used bowl to your customers??? She threw A BUNCH of rice into my bowl. When it came to ordering the protein, she didn't give me a full serving. I asked nicely for alittle more, and she gave me 2 sad pieces. It seems that the crew here does not know what standards are and do not care about proper cleanliness at all. There never seems to be a manager around either.

The novelty of an oversized burrito and a friendly staff is overshadowed by the disruptively loud music. Conversations require shouting to overcome the noise of the music in the dining room. The parking lot is dangerously narrow. So be prepared to leave your full-sized conversion van at home. It likely will have trouble fitting anywhere. Bottom line: Food is fine. Staff members are friendly. Music volume inside is very loud. Parking is tight. Eat outside and don't give in to the comically large burrito. Try a taco tray or build your own burrito to a sensible size. Dietary restrictions: It's a fat-burrito restaurant in the fattest part of the country. Go elsewhere for dietary concerns. Parking: Very tight space to move. Wheelchair accessibility: Not good.

The puniest amount of chicken consistently at this location. I literally have to cook more chicken at home because of how little they gave me. They tell their workers to skimp out on protein because it is a consistent issue with all their employees. They’re supposed to give you 4oz of chicken and I maybe got 2. Not worth your money.

The food is great. Try the Purple Haze!!
