Chipotle Mexican Grill

Usually great. I think they can improve on care is taken when putting the orders together. There is always stuff short or they run out of. Or it’s in the online order section versus dine in/out and not the other visa versa. Still one of my go to’s.

Food over cooked and way too spicy

Absolutely the worst chipotle I have ever been too. Nationwide, the absolute worst. I've looked the other way on complaining for a quite some time, but lately? Struggling with making online orders in a timely manner, skimping portion sizes to avoid restocking, rude staff, and dirty establishment. I will not be back to this location. Quality has declined over the last 6 months. Returning to Moe's down the street. I hope the entirety of the staff are fired and those willing to meet expectations of chipotle corporate standards replace them.

I love Chipotle but this location doesn’t care in the least about quality, product availability or customer service. How do you run out of chips but then say they’re reserved for on-line orders? Beans are either cold or so spicy they’re inedible. Feedback about our most recent experience went unanswered by management which shows an obvious lack of care. I’ll go to the location on 9-mile next time.

Asked for double white rice and received the most measly portion of rice I ever seen in my life followed by probably 2 ounces of chicken. Ruined my day. Never wrote a review before but so upsetting I had to leave my first ever review
