Good portion of great food,

There are no forks, how am i supposed to eat a salad with no fork. The person next to me said the rice was undercooked.

All these years I have never tried Chipotle. So the first time I go they charged me for something I did not even order. I'm sorry but the food does not taste good at all. All the meats taste subpar and for a scoop of guacamole is ridiculously priced. Not a fan of this place. Update. I already did contact corporate because your store did not answer the phone and when they did they hung it up. Corporate sent me a free meal to satisfy the extra charge. But I really don't like the place anyways. Maybe I will try a different location to see if theirs a difference.

The kids quesadilla is the best I’ve ever tried.

Since Jan 13 to today’s date (Jan 25), i have been 7 times and experienced a HORRIBLE Customer service. Latin senior woman serves very little and she gets ofended if you ask for more. Servers were always not polite. Atmosphere… crowded as a Chipotle normally is. Chatting with some customers they feel the same (poor service and long waiting times) There’s too many employees working at the time of my visits, but non of them work efficiently. I’m not going to visit this Chipotle in a long time.

The food portions decreased dramatically, while prices rose exponentially!!!

When they are super busy, they don't ignore us gig workers ... The crew is awesome....management is great
