Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is by far the worst Chipotle ever! I only came here because is closer to my house but the one in Weston is waaaay better. Employees are lost and the place is dirty. I am glad I can see how food is served and handled otherwise I will keep away. This particular employee seemed to be angry at customers. May she was ‍♀️

We order a to go order at this location to be picked up at 11. It wasn’t ready until 1145 and we have yet to receive our order. There is only 1 person making to go orders and everyone else is just sitting around and doing nothing. There wasn’t even a line for orders so there was no reason other workers shouldn’t be helping.

I didn’t like, food was blah and staff seems like they’re all tired and don’t want to be there. Bathroom was dirty, as well the whole place. I like chipotle once in a while but at this location I won’t back for sure.

Garbage, undercooked brown rice, no black beans, no cheese, attention from server not good, lady touch everything (money,bag,freezer, bottles, water)and with the same glove touch the taco to prepare the food, they acting like is free, by the time they give the food is cool, and only they worrys about the extras like 1 scoop of guacamoles almost $3.00,overall not recommended this place and the worker need better costumers services

DONT EVEN BOTHER READING THE REVIEWS. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! They don’t have lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream almost everything is out of stock so just close the store down.

It’s been going downhill for so long and today was the absolute worst experience. Just walked in and the employee stops me to tell me all the things they’re out of. Employees were just sitting around on their phones. I’ve never seen such incredibly awful service.

The manager is the worst and disgusting person. He doesn't have any customer service skills at all. He shouldn't be there. The store will improve automatically without that person.

Really bad experience. I am used to walking in Chipotle and being able to select from a variety of options. In this place, there was no white rice, no cheese, no sour cream, no burritos. Service was terrible. Very disappointed on this place. I hope they can get their act together or we will have no Chipotle in West Pembroke Pines soon.

Fui a las 8pm y no había la mitad de las cosas, como arroz, frijoles negros, maíz, guacamole ni queso. Preguntamos si iban a reponer los ingredientes y dijeron que no. Y aparte el lugar súper sucio. Deberían cambiar el personal completo incluso los manager que no se interesan por el negocio. Préstenle atención a sus reviews que todos dicen o mismo. I went at 8pm and half of the things were missing, like rice, black beans, corn, guacamole, and cheese. We asked if they were going to restock the ingredients and they said no. Plus, the place was super dirty. They should change the entire staff, including the managers who don't care about the business. Pay attention to your reviews because they all say the same thing.

Honestly, it's the worst Chipotle I have visited. The service was super slow. I got anxiety just by watching the lady prepare each burrito bowl so calmly despite having a line of customers, which was caused by the lady taking so long to fulfill 1 order as it wasn't even rush hour; it's clear that she must hate her job (and the person in the back chopping the steak was just as "calmed"). In addition, when they were ready to take my order, it turns out they didn't have the main ingredients I wanted on my bowl (they were out of brown rice, out of fajita veggies, out of carnitas, out of queso dip!). I walked away sooner than the lady could even put one single ingredient on a bowl! Stay away from this location!
