Chipotle Mexican Grill

La atención en esta ubicación deja mucho que desear, me sentí menospreciada por el hecho de no hablar un buen inglés.

Unfortunately the white rice was soggy and undercooked (crunchy). I took it to go so I didn’t realize until I was home. I probably would have asked for a new bowl otherwise because the rice wasn’t really edible.

Wonderful friendly Employess

Most disgustingly unkempt restaurant I've been to in a while. They never care to clean the floors or the tables. It's super disgusting inside. The cashier lady was short and rude. Never eating here again.

This location is frequently dirty. I went in at 715pm on a Tuesday night and it wasn’t busy. The food assembly area was dirty and needed to be wiped down. The food containers needed to be filled. The guy making my bowl kept scraping an empty container of sour cream to give me less than a serving, rather than getting another container. All the tables inside were dirty and need to be wiped. The drink area was dirty a needed to be wiped. The trash cans were all overflowing. The store was in a similar condition the last time I came here. I’ll think twice about coming back to this store.

We always come here once a week as our Date night. Tonight my husband was greeted with a rude employee. My husband simply wanted carnitas. Unfortunately they were out and he had asked the employee nicely when they would be ready the employee's response was rude tone saying he didn't know. This gentleman said his name was Joe but on the receipt it says Tochi. He had colorful hair and was very rude when my husband had asked for his name he his response was who are you. Very rude. We will definitely be taking a break from this location and going to the one on Colorado.

The food here was absolutely fantastic. Truly an amazing experience. I was also thankful for one of the employees named Andrew, who was an absolute sweetheart and very professional.

Long wait

First of all I waited for an extremely long time with a bunch of other people and only 1 worker at the front. They all were just walking around and not doing anything. After he finally decided to come around I asked for 2 bowls. After he proceeded to take out order and he put so little food in the bowl, it made it seem like I am a kitten who barely eats anything which was very unpleasant. The worker was also very very slow at everything. After I went to get drinks, and the soda fountain was delivering the drink and then absolutely blew out just air with water which covered the whole cup in soda and forced soda out everywhere, which made the filling up process also very long which created a line of people, which also had the same problem with the soda fountain and had soda everywhere. Once I started eating, I swear I almost threw up when I tried the chicken. It was ABSOLUTELY BURNED AND HARD AS A ROCK. It tasted like tree bark, that was also burned before prior to eating. I get food here, everyday because it is the closest to me, and with every day, the service gets worse and worse. I am very disappointed with what is happening with Chipotle. My favorite fast food brand is dropping lower and lower. Im very sad about this.
