Chipotle Mexican Grill

Chipotle used to be my favorite place to eat for fast food restaurant but lately has been the worst place to go. Food is not fresh customer service sucks is like they're going downhill.

Was worried from the reviews, but seemed fine to me!

This place has horrible customer service!!!! Not to mention the kids that work there don’t care about the job

The staff runs out of fried vegetables (peppers, onions) and doesn't replace them. This time it didn't smell like garbage in the parking area so we stayed.

They refused to make my food saying it would cost them and wouldn’t answer the phone when I arrived there was no customers. There is no reason why they cannot make my order again it was mainly the manager on the Uber order side that was being rude on top of that this is the third chipotle that’s been rude to me. I am starting to wonder if it’s chipotles policy to be rude to there customers and not assist the paying customer with his order. Imagine paying your hard earned money just to hear a sorry bye ✌️ wow outrageous. This needs to change.

Definitely needs to have a good cleaning.

I got there at 9:15, no more Pico, Chips, Black Beans, Chicken, not enough rice to feed the next 10 people and the employees said there was no more for the night and it's only 9:20. The store closes at 11! Bad Business

I would have giving this location at least 4 stars but when you order a veggie bowl and at least 3 of the 5 times you find some kind of meat is very dissappointing. Especially when you dont eat meat and you hungry. It sucks because now i have to go inside and I dont have 30 min to wait to get what I could've picked up. If only they can get it right the first try and not have paying customers end up hungry because they messed up.
