Worse customer experience I've gotten anywhere .l have literally revived better customer service at the Waffle House .40 minutes before close and no white rice or corn super skimpy on the portions of literally everything !Ripped my warm burrito then wrapped it in a cold tortilla then refused to toast the burrito . overall horrible experience .DO NOT GO .
You’re staff thinks their funny regarding my catering order. I’ll think twice before spending 550.00 on catering for my staff of yours is going to treat mine like a clown. Takes nothing to be kind.

Once again, arriving at the Alton Chipotle at 10:40pm to locked doors. It clearly says it closes at 11 :00pm on the doors. Google says 11:00pm and the 1-800 number says 11:00pm. this is a consistent issue with this location where they do not honor the Time posted of which they will be open. Also, they are definitely not the cleanest location in terms of how the food is handled and or displayed.. Annoying when you have a business that doesn’t honor it’s hours.
I’m under the impression that chipotle is corporate. But damn. I’ve never seen anything run like this place. Especially a corporate restaurant. Always missing one or two ingredients. Manager there arguing with family or staff. It’s just odd that in such a nice area there would be no repercussions for running a store this way. Pretty unbelievable.
Worst chipotle in Town. They Can’t conceive out how accept cash or figure out how to take an order in person? App only? It feels like this franchise owner has a vendetta against the executive office of chipotle. Good luck in America.
