Chipotle Mexican Grill

HORRIBLE!! Shame on me for reordering from this company. Awful customer service and SEVERAL vegetarian meals ordered to find meat in them! When asking for a refund they only give you a store credit. What a joke. DON’T order from Chipotle again!!

Mold all over the soda machine. Crusted food and dust all over the window sills. All the tables were dirty

Came here last night after work Everything was great only thing is the kitchen Was a wreck they need more staff workers are trying their best and service managers look very tried these guys need a raise. Overworked employees will bring down customers service and morale.

Hands down the worst Chipotle in Orlando. I have been here many times and it does not change. Why is it that most of the staff is rude and it seems like they're doing you a favor to make the food. The dining room on any given day is a garbage dump! 90% of the tables are dirty, the garbage is always over flowing and the utensil station is absolutely disgusting. I don't expect anything to change as it never does. There is a lot of other places to dine in this area, I won't be back.

Service was pretty fast

My biggest problem with Chipotle is inconsistency. Sometimes it's really good, but many locations need to work on cleanliness and making sure the food is hot and fresh.

Always out of certain items, messy many times when making bowls, burritos. Slow service

One of the servers displayed a very hostile attitude and kept slamming food into the bowl. He got annoyed when I asked for guacamole, slammed it in, then pushed my bowl to the side, ignored me, then moved onto the next customer. I had to wait 5 minutes for a cashier to show and check me out.
