Chipotle Mexican Grill

Be very careful, vegetarian people I am vegetarian by religion and ordered a veggy burrito. However, I got stake pieces in my order, and when brought to attention , I was told, "This will be the only time we can refund you the money." they made it sound like it's my mistake. I'm not happy with the experience. Vegetarian options: I ordered Veggi thinking that people can get this option here but got peace of meat in it.

To Dirty, if you can't maintain your place clean for the visitors you might be just for Pick up, Because the client deserves a clean table to eat and at least an organized area.

So let me start by saying you guys need to hire better people at the front fixing people food I had to speak to your crew first the guy making the food gives a baby spoon full of rice when you ask for it then the protein i don’t understand why be nasty to people that’s spending money I asked for more meat he literally gave me pieces of meat And then I said, can I get more please instead of asking me is do you want to pay more for extra he say oh I can’t I said I’ll pay for it at this point I’m annoyed, and he mumbles on his breath You should’ve said that and I’m a manager at a restaurant so I truly feel like you need to have better people in the front that’s making your store look bad!

Came to have a quick dinner at this location around 8:30pm. First, several tables were dirty. Restaurant had 2 other customers. The employees spoke to me as if they did not want to be working that day. The chips I got were very stale. I don’t think I will return to this location.

Very clean restaurant (including restrooms). The staff was all courteous and quick, especially the young lady working today around 2pm.
