Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is about the third time I’ve visited this chipotle location and the store was out of rice. This was about 2 hours before the store was closing.. The store closes at 11 but they stop making food hours before closing. The customer service at this store is not pleasant. The workers always have an attitude. This store is never prepared and is always missing something. I like going to this location because it is convenient since most of the neighboring stores closes at 10pm. The food and customer service is below standards and the professionalism is lacking.

No me gusta hacer este tipo de reseñas, más aún cuando el lugar maneja buena comida y es opacada con el pésimo manejo de la manager Victoria Bourgeon; donde ella solo maneja favoritismo con los empleados que ella misma lleva por alguna razón y no tiene consideración o apoyo hacia los demás empleados, no sabe resolver situaciones que afectan el entorno a los demás, es precisamente la razón porque hay tanto cambio de personal, el abuso y la desconsideración hacia los empleados que allí se maneja es demasiado, se desentiende de las situaciones que puedan suceder, es un abuso que permita y no apoye a su personal de trabajo cuando sabe que no hay suficiente personal y mas aún para hacer un cierre o tal vez solo lo hace con algunos empleados y otros no? Como es posible que solo dos personas se enfrenten hacer un cierre total de una tienda a altas horas de la madrugada y al otro día lleguen en la mañana a seguir trabajando como si nada pasara y aún así lo hacen porque hay que cumplir con el deber y ser responsables, este caso se ve con frecuencia. mi llamado respetuosamente es: Donde queda la consideración por un ser humano, las personas no son maquinas, un empleado merece respeto, un empleado es parte importante para el buen funcionamiento de la compañía, señora Victoria se debe de tener empatía por las personas, un líder vela por el bienestar de sus empleados, todos; no solo los que le simpatizan, un líder resuelve, hace una buena programación para no afectar a sus empleados y no deja a su grupo a la deriva como si no le importara. Es desilucionante observar las malas opiniones que se ven en este medio dirigidas hacia usted y la compañía no verifica realmente lo que esta pasando, tal vez sea falta de training o simplemente no esta preparada para tener una posición como la que tiene, una mala dirección lleva al fracaso cualquier tipo de proceso.

Rude employees, lackluster service, and honestly just a lack of human decency and common sense. Multiple times this chipotle has messed up our orders or just hasn't updated the app letting us know the food is ready forcing us to walk in after 30 mins to an hour of waiting to walk in and ask about the order. The orders are almost always wrong and also employees consistently give dirty looks to me when I walk in. Honestly just rude and they do their job horribly. Multiple times I've walked in and they're just talking. Multiple times they don't update the app which I imagine is simply pressing a couple buttons on a screen. Although it isn't by much, it's also more expensive than other Chipotle's for some reason. Just make the trip to another chipotle, it's worth the extra drive.

They ran out of cheese and still let me place my order without informing anyone but when they can't take cards and cash only they inform everyone when they come in always messing orders up that chipotle sucks

Poor quality service, always dirty and employees only laugh and sneeze on top the food, this is sad because this was my closest location but with this service this location should be closed

This location should be supervised, they going to poison someone

Sad... when this location first opened it was very nice, great food, clean restaurant and reasonable service. Unfortunately, most of those qualities have been lost. No offense but many of the current staff don't seem to know what they're doing maybe it's a training issue.? They have also been running out of food more often and kind of dirty too.. Really hit or miss at this location..

No rice at 8pm, this is the third time I've tried to get food here and they didn't have rice 3 hours before they closed....Whoever is the manager for the closing shift should be fired as they apparently can't keep their supplies stocked. Fountain machines are always out of syrup or CO2, it's like they don't staff this restaurant enough to have someone to step away to check these things.

They need new management new employees new everything they are always out of food super unorganized and employees act like they not getting paid to work “corporate where you at”
