Chipotle Mexican Grill

Service is terrible! Wanted a kids quesadilla cheese and veggies only the lady said I couldn’t have it that it was extra unless I ordered online Really ! Then I asked for lettuce she said it was extra at that point I left!

Twice I have been here and the salon has been a mess. Food on the tables, chairs counters, floors and the self serve area needs work. I like it here but you need a floor employee now.

This is the second time the same girl has came to the window to give me my food with in a month span, everytime she is so rude. I have no clue why she get it appropriate to roll her eyes at me twice today after i’m being very polite and saying please and thank you. I asked for a vinaigrette sauce and she rolled her eyes then shut the window on me, came back 3 minutes later and said “what do you have another order or something” i repeated myself and asked for the sauce with a please, she rolled her eyes AGAIN and then got it for me. I don’t know what’s up with the employees here but clearly someone needs to be retrained in customer service. I understand some days are hard but for me to have a similar interaction with her twice says a lot.

I not like the only do quesadilla online only disappointed

First of all, I'm not one to complan about anything. I normally love chipotle and the service is top notch. But this one specifically was the worst chipotle I've ever been too. The dinning was abosultely filthy. The person serving the food was stingy and upchargered me on extra rice even though normally I never get an upcharge for extra rice. The food was over salted and nasty. Then not only did the lady not know how to cook a quesadilla but she gave me the worst attitude I've had in any fast food chain. I will never be coming back to this chipotle and I would hope nobody else pays for this terrible service.

Decent. Nothing bad to report. Bland visit and we don’t mind those sometimes. Get your food get gone, no issue. That’s what this was

This chipotle sucks! They consistently get orders wrong. The quality of the food preparation is really poor. Too bad. Most chipotles are really good. HAIR IN FOOD

Update! 2/29/24. We must be glutton for punishment! We needed to find something quick to eat, so we decided to give Chipotle Fleming Island another shot. Well, same result as below. But, this time we got a bit of lack of customer service to go with our disappointing bowl of food. You can tell that the server just did not want to be there. It was all over her face. When I got home with my bowl, I made a quick 90 second rice so I could add some substance to the bowl. We are definitely done with this one. We will go to Moe's across the street or Tijuana Flat's from now on. We go to this Chipotle in Fleming Island about twice a month. Most of the time it is good. But lately it has been going downhill. Today, portions were quite a bit less than normal probably because the food containers were low. One reason I come here often is because I feel full after eating what I paid for. Not today. Also, the food was cold. The chicken was overcooked. Just dissatisfied with how this place has gone downhill. It will be a while before I go back if I ever do.

I usually come here once a week after work, because it’s on my way home, by the time I get here it’s around 8:30-8:45. The past 3-4 times i’ve been, they have always forgotten something. I usually order a quesadilla and get rice as a side, and they haven’t put it the last 3 times. Today I got sour cream and salsa as a side, and I didn’t get either one. Not to mention, I usually park and eat because I eat lunch at 1:00 and am hungry by the time it’s almost 9:00, and they ALWAYS forget my napkin and utensils even though I include it in my online orders. It’s just extremely frustrating starting to eat my food and when it makes a mess, there’s never any napkins and I can’t eat my sides (that they rarely remember) without utensils. I had to drive back around today to get utensils & napkins while in the middle of eating. This is literally an all the time thing. Not to mention, I completely stopped getting bowls here because they skimp out on the portions. If you’re out of something, i’d rather you say that so I can get a refund and eat somewhere else. Or if you’re out of sides (sour cream, salsa rice, etc) at least let me know ahead of time before handing me my plate of empty sides. Im literally getting a Victorian child’s ration of food for $15. Idk what has happened with this Chipotle lately.
