Chipotle Mexican Grill

Store is often dirty. My order is NEVER ready on time for pick up, the carpet is always jacked up so it’s a tripping hazard and there’s always some water on the floor so that’s a slipping hazard.

Floors always wet, your door dash pickup isn't even acknowledged. Some skinny tall kid with dark hair at the register lied about my order. All so they can clean up and leave early. Worst managed chipotle ever

The staff name, Latoya is the rudest person I have ever encounter. Will not admit, making a mistake and turn around trying to make the Customer wrong. If you don’t like your job, then quit, don’t ruin my meal.

No customer service at all!

Manager is very rude and bossy. Turns me off her attitude will stop coming to this location.

What I really wanted was a refund the night I went in and didn’t get everything I paid for, making my dinner unsatisfying. What I got was two free promos instead and thankfully they gave me two cause the second time I went in I didn’t get everything I asked for either as well as misinformation on how I could use promo code. Third time I ordered what I wanted, got everything I asked for and left happy enough to leave a tip. Mind you I had to wait until 30 mins after opening for everything to be available but I don’t blame them for that. It’s likely a management and understaffed issue. I appreciate the team members doing their best when sometimes it’s one person trying to handle everything up front.

Natasha lost the point of customer service. She’s fast but doesn’t look at you just throws your stuff in a bowl. She’s like a robot no human connection. Slow down acknowledge the customer, especially when there is no line.

We got delivery from this location and the food was inedible- everything was so salty and the chicken in particular tasted disgusting. Ended up throwing away our burrito and bowl after a couple bites. We’ll avoid this location in the future.

I’ve ordered here a few times and each time the meal was quite salty. Service was ok. It does get a little busy during dinner hours.
