Today March 13th 2 workers ruined my day when I came to get my food I guess one was training and was acting like she didnt hear what I wanted On my bowls continuously putting the wrong things wasting food . Then had a input on what I should or shouldnt get on my food as if she was eating it and not me . Then insisted that I dont return to this store because she wasnt capable of doing her job correctly and its not what you say its how you say it so maybe she should learn manners. Couldnt get any quac because it was black .
This location hires the worst possible candidates. Absolutely horrible customer service every time without a doubt. Whoever was working 3/10/24 at 2:30 filling the ice has very poor skills.
I ordered delivery of a burrito bowl with 2x protein and regular rice and everything else....well they only filled half the bowl. Literally.... and gave me only a small amount of protein. This chipotle likes to skimp and half axx everything they do. Horrible.
My first restaurant review ever, so congrats on that oak lawn chipotle. Real live humans walking into the store means nothing to this location and theyve made it clear by turning me away saying theyre only taking online orders. If thats how you treat the people who bothered to come get their food themselves, i wont be going anymore.
Young lady server was extremely professional, excellent customer service skills. She has a Pleasant personality, outstanding demeanor ,along with a lovely, inviting smile. I wish that each staff that I encounter everywhere I patronize was just like this beautiful young lady .
The Staff was proficient, friendly, and cool. The music was nice and area very clean.
Dirty. Tables dirty, out of onions and bell peppers, dirty in napkin station and on counter at payout — dirty all over prep table, too-loud music … food salty … this is not Chipotle that they’re advertising on TV won’t go here again.
