Chipotle Mexican Grill

Please tell me how it’s 9:52pm on a Thursday night. The restaurant doesn’t close until 11pm but there is no food. None unless you want dip or a flour tortilla. Make it make sense. Zero stars!!!

I'm pretty sure that there are a lot of people that are without food now because of this Chipotle just sitting there orders out for anyone to grab

Most chipotle experiences are not the best, but this location was very different. I was assisted by Wyatt and he was one of the most friendly fast food associates I’ve ever dealt with. His happiness was contagious and his positive attitude shifted my whole day. I will be going to this location from now on and I hope to see Wyatt again. Keep being you Wyatt, you’re the man!

No complaints. Just a good ole Chipotle! Fast service.

Have us the wrong order womp womp

Never online order here. I did an online order tonight very simple bowls and they didn’t give me chicken in one of the bowls that paid and requested. Not to mention gave me stuff I’m allergic to in another bowl that my receipt shows I didn’t request at all. When I returned to get my order fixed they said, “we ran out of chicken so we didn’t give you chicken in that bowl” ….. so I paid for it and yall were skimping me instead of asking me in person at pick-up if another protein is ok. What kind of response and customer service is that? Will never order from the app for this location again.

I usually love this place, however on this particular day they were under poor supervision. They had run out of rice, it would take 30 minutes before it would be ready. The food wasn't hot, as a matter of fact they were scraping the bottom of the container to accommodate me with qucamole! It was all bad!
