BEWARE! There are insects in the food! We ordered three tacos that were wrapped in aluminum foil from the Chipotle located at 2733 Papermill Rd Ste X5 Reading, PA 19610. After eating one taco, Josh noticed a live insect crawling from the toppings within the taco. He almost vomited. What's worse is I have called Chipotle customer service twice. They said they would get back to me. It has been over two weeks, and I have yet to receive a refund for my insect-infested tacos. Their call centers are in the Philippines, so I cannot even get an agent on the phone who understands the severity of this situation. The agent almost laughed at me when I explained how disgusted I was by my experience and their inaction. I then tried to call the store to notify them directly, and an automated voice answers all of their calls now. To reiterate, there is an emergency that requires immediate attention from the store to prevent them from serving more insects to customers. Customer care does not CARE, and there is no way to get in touch with the store that is serving the insects. Wow! Never again! Chipotle has gone downhill. This company and their food are trash! I am going to contact the Health Department.

While this is the corporate office and not an actual Chipotle location, I must give this company full stars. I’ve been eating at various locations in SoCal for about 20 years and in most if not all cases, I’ve always had a consistent experience. Quality, taste, an amazing mobile app, and product attractiveness is that isn’t breaking the bank? I can only give a review based on being a long time customer (I’ve never worked here), but I respect everything they’ve done and continue to do for their customers. Keep the high quality ingredients comin’!
