Good location, has lots of sitting compared to others. Food quality varies based on time of day; sometimes food will be spicier than other days, sometimes their protein would be cut bigger or smaller. Sometimes guacamole might have more salt than it should, It all depends on the person behind the counter taking care of it. (For my broke ni66as:) Easy to get drinks from their soda machine, specially during lunch or busy hours when the amount of customers will block their view. Came here around 1pm last Tuesday with a mf 3 QT jug and filled that mf with soda. Front desk staff is friendly for the most part with the exception of that lil dirty hat wearing, deodorant hater stocky jezebel of a manager they got. Boy that h0e drags arrogance and attitude wherever she goes. Don't make eye contact, she might blame years of oppression on you or some lifelong trauma she seems to carry on her hairy back since day mf 1.

I have visited this Chipotle and also the one on 8th Avenuetight before Port Authority which is not to far from this location. Both locations the workers are nasty and don't know the first thing about customer service. No one greets you, they take their time pushing the line out. I once had a lady take my cash and she started helping other customers while holding my money. It took me to say, may I have my change after she helped 2 people. Last time I purchased a salad and had to ask for dressing. Why? Who eats plain salad? Plus, when the person came to take my money she was nasty. I never seen such miserable people. The whole staff looked miserable which is not surprising since I know first hand how Chipotle treats their employees. My daughter was a GM for years until she got fed up with the area manager. I used to look forward to going to Chipotle now I dread it. Have your Area Manager come down and watch how these workers take care of their customers. Absolutely disgusting!!!

I came here for eating, spent almost 40$ but couldn’t use the bathroom. Unbelievable!!

this chipotle is terrible, they give you the tiniest portion for full price. It’s a scam
